Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 30, 2026
Welcome to Hibachi for Party LLC. We provide hibachi at home experience services for private parties, birthdays, family gatherings, vacation rentals, corporate events, and other special occasions.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all bookings and services provided by Hibachi for Party LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By booking our services, making a payment, or participating in an event, you (“Customer” or “Host”) agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your guests.

1. Services Provided

Hibachi for Party LLC provides private hibachi at home experiences. Our chefs bring cooking equipment, prepare food onsite, and provide entertainment. Service may include cooking demonstrations, interactive entertainment, and guest participation as part of the overall experience. Event timing, chef availability, menu options, and service structure may vary depending on location, party size, weather, venue limitations, and other logistical considerations.

2. Reservations, Pricing, and Payment

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Hibachi for Party LLC.

A deposit is generally not required for standard bookings. However, a deposit or advance payment may be required for large parties, special events, customized arrangements, or bookings that involve special requests or additional preparation. Any deposit requirements will be communicated to the customer before the reservation is confirmed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the quoted price, included services, guest minimums, menu selections, travel fees, and any applicable additional charges before confirming their reservation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service

3. Guest Count and Menu Selections

Customers should provide their final guest count and menu selections by the deadline communicated during booking.

Changes requested close to the event may be subject to availability and additional charges.  We cannot guarantee that last-minute additions or menu changes can be accommodated.

Due to insurance, food safety, and pricing requirements, Hibachi for Party LLC does not cook outside proteins or customer-provided food unless expressly approved in writing by Hibachi for Party LLC.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable event, the Host agrees to:

  • Provide a suitable cooking area with adequate space, lighting, ventilation, and access. Outdoor setups are preferred unless otherwise agreed.

  • Provide appropriate weather protection when needed.

  • Ensure there is enough space for the chef, grill, equipment, and guests.

  • Confirm that hibachi cooking and any open-flame equipment are permitted at the venue.

  • Follow reasonable safety instructions provided by the chef.

  • Provide accurate event details, including the address, parking instructions, and guest count.

  • Inform us of known food allergies and dietary restrictions before the event.

  • Help ensure that children, pets, guests, furniture, and decorations remain a safe distance from the cooking area.

The Host is responsible for checking any applicable venue rules, lease restrictions, HOA requirements, fire codes, and local regulations relating to grills, open flames, smoke, and outdoor cooking.

If venue restrictions or an unsuitable setup prevent us from safely providing the service, we will work with the Host to discuss possible solutions.

5. Safety & Assumption of Risk

The safety of our chefs, customers, and guests is a priority. Hibachi cooking involves open flames, hot surfaces, sharp utensils, and specialized equipment. All guests must follow the chef’s reasonable safety instructions throughout the event.

Hibachi for Party LLC reserves the right to refuse, pause, modify, or discontinue services if unsafe conditions arise, the event location is inaccessible or unsuitable, required permissions are missing, or any conduct creates a safety concern, health risk, threat, harassment, excessive intoxication, or unreasonable interference with the chef or service.

The Host is responsible for the behavior of all guests and for ensuring that children and pets remain at a safe distance from the cooking area.

If service must be paused or discontinued due to unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, failure to follow safety instructions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, any refund or additional charges will be determined in accordance with the applicable booking terms and law.

6. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Customers must notify the Company of all known food allergies and dietary restrictions before the event.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests communicated in advance, subject to menu availability and food preparation limitations.

However, ingredients may be transported, prepared, or cooked in shared environments where common allergens are present. Cross-contact may occur.

We cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free meal or environment.

Guests with severe food allergies should carefully consider the risks and contact us before booking to discuss their needs.

7. Weather and Outdoor Events

Outdoor hibachi events may be affected by rain, strong winds, extreme heat, storms, and other weather conditions.

We encourage the Host to arrange a suitable cooking area and backup plan when possible. If weather conditions become unsafe, we will work with the Host to discuss reasonable options, which may include adjusting the setup, modifying entertainment activities, delaying service, relocating, or rescheduling.

We will not proceed with outdoor cooking when conditions present an unreasonable safety risk.

Weather-related changes, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds will be handled according to our booking and cancellation policy. We will work with the Host to find a reasonable solution whenever possible.

8. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event whenever possible.

Because our services require advance chef scheduling, travel arrangements, ingredient purchasing, and event preparation, late cancellations may result in costs that cannot be recovered.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled event may be subject to charges reflecting reasonable costs already incurred or commitments made for the event, as permitted by applicable law.

Deposits, when required for large parties or special bookings, will be subject to the deposit and cancellation terms communicated to the customer at the time of booking.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Hibachi for Party LLC.

If unexpected circumstances arise, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation fairly and work with you to find a reasonable solution. If we are unable to provide the booked service, we will work with the Host to arrange an appropriate solution.

9. Alcohol & Guest Conduct

We want everyone to enjoy the event safely. If alcohol is present, the Host is asked to help ensure that guest behavior does not interfere with the chef or create safety concerns.

If excessive intoxication, harassment, dangerous behavior, or other serious safety concerns arise, we may pause or stop the service when necessary to protect our staff and guests.

If service must be stopped due to these circumstances, refunds may be limited depending on the situation and the booking terms. The Host is responsible for helping maintain a safe environment and ensuring guests respect the chef, equipment, and event setup.

10. Photography, Video & Marketing

Hibachi for Party LLC may take photos and videos during events to document our services and promote our business through our website, social media, and other marketing materials.

If you do not wish to be photographed or have identifiable photos or videos of you used for promotional purposes, please notify us before the event. We will make reasonable efforts to respect your request.

11. Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. The Terms in effect at the time of booking generally apply to that booking, unless a change is required by law or the parties agree otherwise in writing.

We may also refuse service or terminate an event if the environment becomes unsafe, inaccessible, hostile, or materially different from what was represented during booking. In rare circumstances involving emergencies, illness, travel disruptions, or unforeseen staffing issues,Hibachi for Party may substitute chefs, adjust timing, or reschedule service when reasonably necessary.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, inaccurate event information, venue conditions, or actions of your guests, except to the extent caused by our legally established fault.
